Natilie speaks with such passion. She is able to create a bridge across differences and provide a platform where students and professionals can meet and develop an understanding of each other and their differences. In her short session at St. Cloud State University's Power in Diversity Leadership Conference, I watched in awe as she was able to open eyes and minds and give students the skills and confidence to push forward and succeed, despite the trials they are facing.
