Natilie spoke at three sessions for Illinois Farm Bureau.  Each time, she built on the previous session, making changes as she went.  I was impressed by her flexibility and ability to just go with responses, even if they headed in an unexpected direction!  Her sense of humor and easy-going nature  made the audience feel comfortable.  Their appreciation of her presentation was evident in a  post-workshop survey where Natilie ranked highest in giving the managers information they could use in their jobs.
